Sullivan Construction, founded in 1970, has been at the forefront of sustainable construction technologies and is an award-winning LEED Platinum-certified general contractor. Its Bedford headquarters was the first LEED-certified Platinum office building in New Hampshire.
LEED promotes environmentally responsible building practices focusing on improving the occupant’s well-being, reducing greenhouse gas emissions through a reduction of fossil fuel dependence, and a cost-benefit analysis for using established and innovative construction practices. Sullivan Construction is a founding member of the NH Chapter of the USGBC. The Company is committed to the Design-Build delivery of construction services and provides green construction alternatives to its clients for process consideration in their projects.
