Approximately 38,000 SF 3-story state of the art facility for High Liner Foods / Tower Hill Development at 183 International Drive, Portsmouth NH. The building is steel frame with exterior masonry and aluminum panels and includes ribbon windows.

The building features advanced communications technology, a cutting-edge culinary innovation center and research and development facility, an open workspace environment for enhanced employee collaboration, and it was designed and built using sustainable building principles.


Riverwoods

Multi-phase new kitchen and existing kitchen renovation performed while maintaining full kitchen operation to serve the entire community. Phase 1 comprised of creating a new kitchen in an existing smaller dining room, renovation of walk-in cooler/freezer, salad bar relocation and main dining room millwork additions. Upon turnover of the new kitchen the existing kitchen was renovated in multiple phases carefully planned to meet the needs of kitchen staff and involved new flooring and kitchen equipment and associates mechanical and electrical work.


CR’s Restaurant

Sullivan Construction was asked to complete a renovation of an existing restaurant with seating for approximately 160 guests. Scope included New lighting, new millwork and bar, flooring, and finishes with a 3-month schedule.
