Sanctuary Care at Rye

Sullivan Construction,  was selected as Construction Manager for the new single story construction  of an 805 bed Licensed Memory Care Center in Rye, NH.  This state-of-the-art assisted living facility, Sanctuary at Rye, is an approximately 37,000 SF building.  The building includes 56 Patient Rooms, commercial kitchen facilities, non-skilled nurse stations and administrative spaces.

The structure is wood framed, and the exterior shell is constructed with various exterior envelope and roofing materials.  Medium to higher end finishes, were included throughout the community.  Families and residents are able to stay connected via the Internet.  This was the first memory care facility on the seacoast of NH.

Sullivan Construction, was selected to complete renovations to existing living facility to include the renovations and upgrades to 53 H/C compliant rooms   including kitchen and bathroom renovations, new ceramic tile showers, flooring and carpet, new windows, new fire suppression system throughout building, electrical renovations in units, addition to community room, renovations and expansion to commercial kitchen and new common area ceilings, flooring and paint.

 


Tammany Park
Dover, NH

Client: Terra Nova Properties

Architect: KDF Architects

Sullivan Construction  in partnership with Terra Nova Properties  constructed the 32 unit, 2 building apartment complex on Fourth and Fifth St. in Dover, NH.  The building is wood framed, vinyl-sided  hip roofed.  The Tammany Park  Apartment complex was completed in seven months.  The Sullivan team’s scope of work included building construction, mechanical, plumbing and electrical installations, site work, paving and landscaping.
