Pre-Construction

  • Consultant coordination for sustainable materials and energy options.

  • All subcontractor, material, and general conditions costs in excess of $20,000 are competitively bid and summarized for owner review.

Design-Build

  • Your single point of contact in all phases of the project to create efficiency, add value, and reduce owner stress.

  • Establish design and budgeting parameters with the owner at project onset.

  • Suggest cost saving alternatives in design and materials.

  • Review sustainability options including: LEED accreditation, Solar,

  • Identify potential construction variables and long-lead items; provide solutions beneficial to the schedule and budget.

  • Pre-qualify subcontractors and vendors.

  • Qualify and tabulate all bids, and present to the owner for review.

  • Make recommendations to the owner for contract awards.

Construction Management

  • Create and monitor the planning schedule showing key milestones (Schematic Design, Interior Planning, Planning Board Submissions and Approvals, etc.).

  • Coordinate civil, architectural, and structural design.

  • Consultant coordination.

  • Cost estimate.

  • Value engineer the project.

    The Construction Manager is responsible for all elements of construction, providing the owner with the single source of responsibility. The CM provides detailed cost reporting, scheduling, and project documentation. We adhere to an open-book policy with all project records and documentation available for review by the Owner at any time.
