Administrative duties in all positions such as: management of large staff, scheduling, hiring and quality control. Cheryl Wilson – Controller
Cheryl is the one who ensures all project costs are on target and are controlled by project managers. As Controller of Sullivan Construction, Cheryl is responsible for all of the accounting functions, including receivables, payables, job costing and long-term planning. In addition, she oversees Human Resources and Computer Services.

Craig B. Liffner – Director of Operations
Craig’s 44 years in construction include experience as President, Vice President, Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Job Superintendent and Laborer. He has performed administrative duties in all positions, such as management of large staff, contract administration, material procurement, change order administration, cost control, quality control, scheduling and hiring.
With extensive experience in construction estimating as well as Design Build, Contract Management, Competitive Bid, Value Engineering, Progress Scheduling and Owner/Contractor Negotiations, Craig has estimated over 675 million dollars worth of work over the course of his career and has managed hundreds of projects.

David Kerr – Senior Project Manager
David has over thirty years of Senior Project Manager experience on construction projects in the US and the United Kingdom. David Graduated from Southampton Technical College, UK- OND & NC Degree in Construction.

Matt Usenia– Project Manager
Matt has nine years’ collective in the construction industry. Experience includes project estimating, project management, MEP coordination, building information modeling (BIM), architectural design, and project scheduling.
