Energy savings and financial payback are rewarding outcomes of green building. Our own new green building, the headquarters of Sullivan Construction, is operating at a 30% energy savings and the financial payback is 1.9 years for the incremental capital related costs for our energy saving HVAC system and lighting.
We continue our commitment to educating the general public, our clients and referral sources on building with sustainable materials and energy efficiency in their projects. We invite the public to tour our LEED Platinum Office building in Bedford. As an experienced sustainable contractor, we inform owners of choices they can make to meet budget and improve the energy efficiency of their projects.
Both Tom Sullivan and Bill Frisella are LEED, AP’s and are active in providing service to our clients seeking sustainable solutions in their projects.

Our buildings are changing the way society thinks about sustainability and our environment in a very practical way. Our clients see the benefits of energy efficiency — not only in their everyday use but also on their bottom line.
